Is there an age requirement for entering the store or purchasing cannabis?
The federal government and the government of British Columbia impose their age requirement to purchase cannabis. While the federal Cannabis Act sets the age requirement at 18, the province of British Columbia raised the minimum age requirement to 19 years old. Our patrons must be 19 years and older to enter our store and purchase cannabis products. You must have two pieces of ID (one primary and one secondary) to shop at our store.

The federal Cannabis Act legalizes almost all various types of cannabis products. At North Shore Cannabis you can purchase fresh and dried cannabis, cannabis oils and topicals, concentrates, edibles, beverages, seeds, and cannabis accessories. Check out the full menu at our online store.
How much cannabis can I buy?
You can possess up to 30 grams of legal dried cannabis, or its equivalent in other forms. Contact us or ask our cannabis consultants for specific ratios of other types of cannabis.
I just consumed some cannabis, can I still drive?
It is illegal to drive while under the influence of cannabis. Please, be advised that it is illegal to have cannabis products within reach of the driver and be careful on the roads.

All cannabis purchases are final sales based on the provincial cannabis regulation. The exception is when the product is damaged/defective (your vape pen does not work) or expired/moldy. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us!
